Terms & Conditions

1. Full payment for Goods and Services through Cash, TT, Local Cheque, Western Union, Money Gram or MPESA before delivery. All payments to be made directly to JOHN KIHIU, MOBI-WORLD TECHNOLOGIES or tel +254 722 708052
2. "Wholesale Lot" prices do not apply for retail purchase. The wholosale lot price is subject to MOQ (minimum Order Quantity)
3. All prices listed before are NULL & VOID
4. All prices are EX WORKS Nairobi. However, shipping arrangemants may be arranged at the buyers cost upon request.
5. All quotes for services apply for services carried out at our premises. Travel expenses will be levied for services carried out at the purchasers premises
6. All products carry the manufacturers warranty. Our warranty is 2 weeks on new parts and 1 month on function of parts or service.
7. Goods sold on "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis. All goods will be tested before dispatch.
8. The price of parts does not include fitting.
9. All prices exclude VAT where applicable.
10. Any services offered DO NOT include any parts needed.
